Autumn sees the Sun returning to haunt the regions below the Ecliptic. Less light reaches the Earth and each day is shorter than the last. Cold starts to creep into the nights and all creatures prepare for the harsh winter ahead. Autumn represents the failing years at the end of a life. The death of winter has not yet struck and the warm memories of the golden summer just past still burn strong.
